  • Upon receipt of vouchers and detailed itinerary, a further 40% of the total amount is due.
  • The remaining 50% is settled upon your arrival on Day 1 of your tour.

Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility with operational requirements. If cancellation is made:

  • 10% cancellation fee applies if canceled 45 days or more prior to the arrival date.
  • 25% cancellation fee applies if canceled between 30 to 44 days prior to the arrival date.
  • 50% cancellation fee applies if canceled between 15 to 29 days prior to the arrival date.
  • 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made within the last 14 days prior to the arrival date or for no-shows.
